I’ve recently sustained a concussion as well, although not due to cycling…..after reading this account along with my own thoughts on not wanting to go through another head injury, I’ll always be wearing my helmet from now on while out cycling.
I’ve got to be honest, up until now I’ve kind of thought that a helmet wouldn’t be much good if I were to get run over by a truck. My thoughts have now changed…..it’ll be a helmet all the way.
