To clear up whispers, are you the biggest guy in the pro ranks?
-Depends on how you see it!
Who started you bike racing:
-A few guys I was skiing with, were bike racing in the summers asked me if I would like to come one day for a training ride . Two weeks later I won my first regional time trial at 12 years old.

-Espresso
Sweden or Wales?
-Europe, diplomatic
Do you do your interval training on the road or turbo?
-Road.- the turbo and me are having a bit of a rough time as, I have spent so much time on it recovering from two broken shoulders it reminds me of a bad time.
Can you change a bottom bracket?
-Yes, I’m a true bikie, I like working at my bikes.
Lemond or Hinault?
-Lemond
Whats your ideal day on the bike?
-Roubaix, raining from start to finish and entering the velodrome in Roubaix on my own.

-Double O
What do you think when you see a 55kg Spaniard attack?
-Lucky bas$%&* can go up the hills quick!(laughs) No, Everyone has different strengths and days when they will be competitive.
Favorite cycling memory?
-Not a difficult answer – Roubaix ‘04
Best buddy at Garmin- Chipotle?
-Got to be CJ, Chris Sutton the Aussie, he is a good guy.
