Here is a video of the Tour de France Stage 17 that changed the tour forever, as well as the life of Floyd Landis. With the news of his return to pro cycling in 2009 we thought it was worth viewing stage 17 again. It was an amazing day of bike racing that stunned us to our core. May we only see better days.
