Giro Takes The High Road - Team High Road invited to the Giro d’Italia
Palo Alto, Ca. - VeloGuy is in Palo Alto this week hanging out with some of the teams getting ready for the Tour of California this week. He’s learned from officials of Team High Road that they have been invited to participate this year in the Giro d’Italia and other events sponsored by RCS sports.
Angelo Zomegnan, director of RCS sports has confirmed that Team High Road has been welcomed back into it events.
VeloGuy is sitting in on the Team High Road team presentation today, surrounded by the riders, team owner Bob Stapleton, and TV announcer Phil Liggett, so we’ll bring you further updates later in the day.
