Ivan Dominguez of Toyota United Goes Up In Lights In Time Square

So the story goes like this. Sean Tucker, the owner of Toyota-United promises Ivan Dominguez that he would put his picture on the Times Square Billboard if he wins a stage at the Amgen Tour of California. Ivan comes through on Stage 1, and so does Mr. Tucker.
