Chris Spaeth, creator and innovator of VELOBIOS spent over 18 years in cycling as both a competitor and then as an event coordinator for the Pro Cycling Tour from 1999-2005. During his time with the Pro Tour, Spaeth found an often frustrating lack of information available to the general public for North American cycling teams.
