Road Rash: Lake Tahoe and a last minute right turn by car

Here is a photo of a friend. This occurred on a ride around Lake Tahoe when a driver made a last minute right hand turn without looking. He did this just as we were riding by him.

    Since laws concerning bicycles as vehicles are rarely enforced in this country I hope you took the law into your won hands…
