GRUISSAN, France, Feb 11, 2009 (AFP) – Caisse d’Epargne won the second stage of the Tour of the Mediterranean, a 25km team time-trial from Narbonne to Gruissan in the deep south, on Wednesday.

US team Garmin placed second ahead of Britain’s Barloworld as Caisse d’Epargne’s Luis Leon Sanchez took the leader’s yellow jersey.
