Leipheimer Maintains Lead In Individual Standings Going Into Final Two ProTour Events

Dave Zabriskie (Salt Lake City, Utah/Garmin-Chipotle) grabbed the win in the fifth event of The USA Cycling Professional Tour when he won his fourth straight time trial national title at the USA Cycling Professional Time Trial Championship on Saturday.

On Sunday, George Hincapie (Greenville, S.C./Team Columbia – High Road) won the sixth event on the eight-race USA Cycling Professional Tour by outsprinting Andrew Bajadali (Boulder, Colo./Kelly Benefit Strategies) and Jeff Louder (Salt Lake City, Utah/BMC) for the national title at the USA Cycling Professional Road Race Championship.

With two events remaining on the 2009 USA Cycling Professional Tour , Levi Leipheimer (Santa Rosa, Calif./Astana) leads the individual standings while the Team Columbia-High Road squad is on top in the team category. The latest version of the USA Cycling Professional Tour standings is as follows:
