GREASE MONKEY WIPES

It would seem that no matter how many times you clean your chain, it is inevitable that you still get grease on your calf. So what do you do, usually you reach for some old t-shirt lying around and in your attempt to wipe it off, you just smear it.

The above scenario is exactly why “Grease Monkey Wipes” were created. At about $1.25 each, they are an efficient and cost effective way to clean grease off just about anything. Since they are made from 100% non-toxic ingredients including a citrus base that is enhanced with Lanolin, Vitamin E, and Aloe Vera, they are even easy on your hands.
Each foil packaged wipe measures 2.5” x 4”, and contains an 8” x 7” degreasing towel that is designed to tackle the heavy duty jobs that the bicycle enthusiast runs into. They can tackle grease, grime, oil, road tar, permanent marker, race body markings, adhesives, and just about everything else.

“Grease Monkey Wipes” are conveniently sized so that they will easily fit in your saddle bag, tool box, gear bag, or glove box of your car.

After having the opportunity to use the “Grease Monkey Wipes” for the last couple of months we are impressed with their cleaning ability. “They certainly live up to their claims” was one of the reactions we got from one of the Bicycle.net staffers. In one test we intentionally rubbed a dirty chain on an unsuspecting rider covering his legs in grease. He was able to get his legs completely clean in 30 seconds using just one “Grease Monkey Wipe”. All though this test was successful we are still a little concerned about payback.

Bicycle.net can easily recommend “Grease Monkey Wipes”. This is a product that works. You can find them in our saddle bag; they should be in yours too.
