PARIS, March 13, 2009 (AFP) – Thirty-six teams have been listed in the biological passport programme, the International Cycling Union (UCI) said on Friday, with all having paid their financial contribution.
“To be included in the programme for biological passports, the teams must fulfill two obligations – they must have paid the required financial contribution, and all their riders must provide reliable information regarding their whereabouts,” said a UCI statement.
“All riders belonging to the listed teams undergo unannounced blood tests and urine tests both in competition and out of competition.”

France: AG2R, Bougyues Telecom, Cofidis, Francaise des Jeux, Agritubel Kazakhstan: Astana
Spain: Caisse d’Epargne, Euskaltel, Fuji, Andalucia, Contentpolis, Xacobeo
USA: Garmin, Columbia, BMC
Italy: Lampre, Liquigas, Acqua e Sapone, ISD
Belgium: Quick Step, Silence, Landbouwkrediet, Topsport
Netherlands: Rabobank, Skil, Vacansoleil
Russia: Katusha
Germany: Milram
Denmark: Saxo Bank
Austria: Vorarlberg
Great Britain: Barloworld
Ireland: Flaminia, CSF, LPR
Switzerland: Cervelo
Venezuela: Serramenti
