Coyot Out For Three Weeks After Tour de Suisse Crash

PARIS, June 17, 2010 – Frenchman Arnaud Coyot has been sidelined for three weeks with an elbow fracture after being caught up in a crash at the Tour of Switzerland on Tuesday’s fourth stage.

Coyot was one of several riders to hit the tarmac after Britain’s Mark Cavendish veered from his line and crashed into Heinrich Haussler, bringing the German-Australian rider down.

The Frenchman, who rides for Caisse d’Epargne, underwent surgery in Lille Thursday and has been advised to rest for the next three weeks.
