PARIS, April 26, 2010 (AFP) – Spanish rider Jose Luis Arrieta suffered a fractured left elbow from his fall last week at the Tour of Trentino, announced Monday by his AG2R team.

Arrieta has to forfeit his start at the Tour de Romandie, which begins Tuesday in Porrentruy.

The French team will gather in Switzerland with a strong group that includes Cyril Dessel, John Gadret, alongside the Irishman Nicolas Roche and the Russian Alexander Efimkin.
