ISTANBUL, April 13, 2010 – Italian Giovanni Visconti (ISD-Neri) won stage 3 Tuesday in the Tour of Turkey, covering 166 km between Bodrum and Marmaris (southwest). The Estonian from team Cofidis, Kidney Taaramae, taking the overall leaders position from Germany’s Andre Greipel.
