ZAANDAM (Netherlands), April 25, 2010 (AFP) – German Robert Wagner (Skil) won Sunday Tour of North Holland in Zaandam in the Netherlands where he imposed himself on the Belgian and Dutch Geert Omloop Jens Mouris.
