French Sebastien Minard (Cofidis) has signed a two-year contract with the cycling team AG2R, it was announced Monday by the French team.

Picard has two victories as a pro, and is only 28 years old.

Winner of 2005 Tour de l’Avenir, he won this year’s Paris-Camembert race under the colors of the Cofidis team he joined in 2006.
