PARIS – Lithuanian cyclist Tomas Vaitkus will be out of action for the rest of 2010 after fracturing his left shoulder, his RadioShack team announced on Monday.

Vaitkus initially hurt his shoulder during the Tour of the Algarve in February, forcing him to withdraw from the event.
