COMMERCY (Meuse), May 19, 2011 – French rider Sebastien Chavanel (Europcar) won the 2nd stage of Tour de Lorraine on Thursday, raced over
164 km between Briey (Meurthe-et-Moselle) and Commercy (Meuse).

Romain Feillu took the overall lead.
