LISBON, Feb 18, 2011 (AFP) – Britain’s Stephen Cummings on Friday won the
third stage of the Tour of the Algarve ahead of American Tejay van Garderen
and two-time winner Alberto Contador of Spain.
Cummings crossed ahead of a group of five riders at the finish on the
summit of Malhao near Loule in southern Portugal to take the overall race lead.
