2011 Giro d’Italia Fact Sheet: The 94th edition of the Giro d’Italia
The route: 3524.5 kilometers in twenty-one stages. From Turin on 7 May, arriving in Milan on May 29
– Three against the clock, a team (1st stage), two individual (one in
Coast 16th stage, and the 21st stage).
– Eight summit finishes (7th, 9th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 19th and 20th stages), two rest days (16 and 23 May).

Jerseys:
– Four jerseys: pink (overall), red (points) Green (Mountain) and white (young, under 25).
– Bonuses: 20 sec, 12 sec and 8 sec in the first three of each stage
– 6 sec, 2 sec 4 sec and the first three intermediate sprint.
Prize Money: total allocation of EUR 1,381,010.
