ZOTTEGEM, March 29, 2011 – Germany’s Andre Greipel (Omega Pharma) won the first stage of the Three Days of De Panne on Tuesday where he beat the Dutch sprinter Lieuwe Westra and Kazakh Dmitriy Muravyev.
