The Czech rider Roman Kreuziger, one of the podium candidates
for the 2011 Giro in May, plans to compete in two races before the
Italian race, it was announced Wednesday his Astana team.
“The Giro is my big goal this year, “said Kreuziger (24 years old)

“Next Tuesday I will be in Tenerife (Canary Islands) for a camp of
altitude training until April 8. When I return, I plan on going to
Italy to preview several mountain stages in the Giro but it depends on the weather.

“My next races are the Tour of Trentino and the Tour de Romandie
