Tour Tracker® Signs Multi-Year Agreement to Become Official Race Coverage Platform for Tour of Utah

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH (August 1, 2011) – Tour Tracker LLC, developer of The Tour Tracker®, announced today that it has signed a multi-year agreement to become the official online and mobile coverage platforms for the Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah.

Tour Tracker® will provide start-to-finish coverage of the 2011 and 2012 Tour of Utah. Billed as “America’s Toughest Stage Race™,” the Tour of Utah will showcase the state’s breathtaking scenery and high mountain terrain. At every turn, Tour Tracker® will deliver cycling fans access to comprehensive live coverage including broadcast video, real-time GPS location, speed, slope and elevation data, commentary and social media feeds.

The race begins August 9 with the Prologue presented by KJZZ TV and 1320 KFAN at Utah Olympic Park in Park City. Subsequent stages will be held at Ogden, Provo, Miller Motorsports Park (Tooele), Salt Lake City, and Park City. There will be a decisive individual time trial at the world-famous Miller Motorsports Park on Friday, August 12, and the race will conclude August 14 with the leg-breaking Stage 5 presented by Zions Bank from Park City to Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort.

Tour Tracker can be found online or viewed on its custom developed Tour of Utah apps for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
