Rain, Rain, Go away! I want to ride today! Have you ever looked outside and thought that if it wasn’t raining you would be riding. Well fear no more! The Endura Photon Rain Jacket is made of exceptional quality. It not only breathes ensuring that you don’t over heat but more importantly it keeps you dry when riding in the rain.
What really stood out was that on my ride in the rain, my bottom did not get soaked, my core did not overheat, and I was able to enjoy my ride thoroughly. My ride was over four hours, in bouts of rain, mist and soaked roads. With the change of weather, my Endura Photon Jacket kept me dry so much so that my jersey wasn’t wet.
If I am going to enjoy my rides in the rain I am going to wear this jacket, because I know that it gets to job done!
The pros:
The Endura Photon Jacket has an exceptional zipper ensuring that rain stays out. It is a full zipper and rises to the chin. It comes in three different colors Black (tested) Red, and Yellow. The jacket sits long in order to cover the rear from splash and spray! It has elastic cuffs that fit nicely around gloves. The Jacket has a large back pocket and is waterproof. (I kept my phone in the pocket and it still works!) The Jacket folds ups and can be stored in the back pocket of a jersey.
The cons:
The Endura Photon Jacket needs more reflective detailing. I also think it could use a pocket on the inside of the jacket to store other essentials.
All in all this is a good jacket that will last for multiple seasons, and will keep you dry during the rain!
