LONDON, Sept 13, 2008 (AFP) - Team Colombia’s Norwegian cyclist Edvald Boasson Hagen claimed his third stage of the Tour of Britain on Saturday but Frenchman Geoffroy Lequatre held onto the yellow jersey.
