Cynthia Lou found cycling in 2005, when, bored by the sport of “working out in a gym, trying to look buff and fit better into my jeans”, decided to try a real sport – triathlon. Realizing that she doesn’t like to run or swim, Cynthia decided to try road racing and instantly fell in love with the speed, intensity, and adrenaline that comes with going FAST and not having enough oxygen.
Cynthia is the creator of “Start Your Damn Business Already!”, a weekly show dedicated to getting off your butt and finally, seriously starting that business you daydream about when you’re out riding or stuck in a cubicle hating your job. As a business coach and tech nerd, she will whip your business into shape, Business Dominatrix-style. And you’ll like it.
After all, as cyclists, we all like a little pain and suffering, don’t we?
