I am a Residential Interior Designer when I am not riding around in circles at the Velodrome. I started riding recreationally almost 5 years ago only to discover, as does everyone new to the sport, that I had an underwhelming level of fitness as well as bike handling skills. On that ah ha moment, I hired cycling and fitness coach, Antony Galvan. He saw my potential for speed and started working to develop my sprinting skills. In May of 2007, I started training for the 500TT sprint on the track and by October 2007 I had won a World Championship and set a World Record in Sydney AU.
